Retu 12 years!

Happy Birthday to our grand old man! Retu is still going strong, just with more and more gray in his coat <3

WDS Paris 2011

We had a really nice trip to Paris in July! Thanks to our lovely companion: Kirsi, Satu, Jonna, Anne and all the others in the bus! Yep, we went by bus, and it was quite a long time to travel, but we made it there... And also back home!

We had one free day to have a look at Paris... So much to see, but so little time! All other days we spend at the dog show!

On friday it was Championat de France show with corgies. Nita left her coat in Finland, so nothing for us there, but I saw few pretty nice dogs there :) On saturday it was WDS for corgies and Championat for drevers. Hippi did well, she took Best Of Breed with CAC! On sunday Hippi continued her success by taking BOB, CAC & CACIB and World Winner-11 title in WDS! Her kids did well too, both World Junior Winners and Unski BOB-junior. They are pretty fantastic kids, I'd say!

Dog Show weekend

We had a very nice weekend in dog shows :) On saturday at Riihimäki all breed  our drever girl Hippi took BOB and in very rainy weather also group-4 (judges  Nenad Davidovic, Serbia and Markky Mähönen)!! Nita placed second in best bitch competition under Lena Danker and Abby got very good... Hmph ;)

On sunday we drove to Kotka international show. There Nita took BOS (best of opposite) and Abby came second in bitches and won Best veteran of the breed. Judge was Elena Ruskovaara!

Retu x Hippi babies

Hippi's puppies out of Retu have started their show careers very well: Unski winning BOS & CAC in Hamina int show last month and Sissi and Urho took CAC's at Pöytyä group show last weekend! Well done kids <3

Hipin ja Retun lapset ovat aloittaneet näyttelyuransa varsin mukavin tuloksin. Unski oli Haminan näyttelyssä VSP kera sertin toukokuussa ja viime viikonlopun karkeiloissa sekä Sissi että Urho avasivat sertitilinsä. Urho oli myös VSP, ROPin vei isoäiti Kerttu :)

Great News from Sweden!

We had a great trip to Sweden! Both Abby and Nita finished their Swedish and Nordic Champion titles :) On saturday Abby took BOS, CERT and BOB-veteran, while Nita was BB-2 and on Sunday Nita took it all: BOB,CERT & CACIB! Abby was BB-3 and BOB-veteran. I'm so happy :)
