Some new titles for our Hippi!

This autumn and early winter Hippi has been shown in nordic countries for Winner-titles and with very nice results!

We strated from Denmark in November, whrere was held Nordic Winner and Danish Winner shows. Hippi ended up with Danish Winner-12 and Danish champion titles!

Then it was Finland in December, and Hippi got titles Finnish Winner-12 and Helsinki Winner-12 by being BOB and BOS (her son Unski took BOB on Sunday ;) )

And last one was Sweden, where agoin Hippi took Swedish Winner-12 title. She also got CAC and "should" have finished her Swedish champion also, but in Sweden they accept only huntind test results done in Sweden. Unbelievable but true... This is grazy, hurray for nordic co-operation!!

Super day at Porvoo!

We had a great great day at Porvoo dog show!

Nicki did a very good job and placed BB-2 with the very first CAC under judge Tuula-Maija Tammelin.

Hippi took BOB under swedish judge Karl-Erik Johansson, big thanks to Simo Jyrkinen for showing her so well! In the afternoon Hippi did something amazing by being group #1!!

Hippi group #4 in Helsinki!

On Saturday we entered two shows, Hippi stayed at Helsinki all breed show and Nicki went to Raisio all breed show with me.

In Helsinki Hippi did great, Best Of Breed and 4th in group competition under judge Juha Putkonen. Hippi was beautifully handled by Kirsi Hotanen, big thank you! Hippi loves to be in the ring and seems to do well in groups too, so why not show her? There are people, who think otherwise, but let them think what they want, and I do what I want ;)

In Raisio Nicki showed very well too, I'm very very pleased with her, especially with her movement :) She took BB-2 with res-CAC (this is NOT funny anymore ;)) under judge Peter Harsanyi from Hungary.

It was a nice day with nice company, the weather was lovely too :)

Kuopio 3 x int.

I was really expecting this weekend! Not only because 3 international shows in Kuopio (a tradition all ready), but mostly beacause great company in a lovely cottage in Tahko :) And fun we had, thanks to all: Satu, Jussi, Piia, Mari, Jarkko, Sanna, Satu, Lasse and all the dogs!

About shows, on friday Nicki won junior class with exc and CQ and placed 4th best bitch and got res-CAC under judge Wera Hübenthal from Norway. Big thanks to Maija for handling Nicki!

On saturday and sunday  Nicki was shown for first time in juvenile class, which was a mistake from me. She is still so "junior", that she looked like a baby with those older girls! But still, nice job from our little girl: EXC2 with CQ. Saturdays judge was Elena Ruskovaara and sundays Nicola Imbimbo from Italy.

This was best thing for Nicki: playing ,running and swimming (ou yes)  with other dogs :)

Pretty nice weekend for Nicki!

We had a very nice weekend showing with little Nicki. She has developed nicely, even though she is losing her coat...

On Saturday we were in Pori international show, judged by Marianne Holm. Nicki won junior class and placed 4th in best bitch competition and got res-CAC.

On Sunday we traveled to Mikkeli. There in international show Nicki did the same, won junior class and placed 4th in bitches with res-CAC. Pems were judged by Maija Sylgren. Big thanks to Maija Kosunen for handling Nicki!

What a nice weekend with nice friends!

Birthday Boys and Girls!

Time flies... too fast, I'd say! Retu is having his 13th birthday! Hope he will get many more <3 He is in good shape, little selective hearing doesn't matter!

Also Retu & Hippi babies had their 2nd Birthday last week! Happy Birthday to all of them, hope they will have a great hunting season ahead now, since thay are all grown up :)

Amazing weekend in Joensuu

We had a very nice and successful weekend in Joensuu with friends! Thank you Satu, Jonna, Piia, Mari, Satu and little Lauri, let's do this again!

On Saturday Hippi took BOB and GROUP #3 (breed Paavo Mattila, group Tino Pehar)! Very nice result in a big show for drever. Nita was BB-3 and little Nicki got very good this time under Elina Haapaniemi.

On SundayS international show Hippi did even better, BOB, CACIB and GROUP #2 (breed Tuula Savolainen, group Paavo Mattila)! I'm so happy! In corgi ring Nita took BOS & CACIB and Nicki EXL2 under Pirjo Aaltonen. Jonna did a very nice job handling Nicki in both shows, thanks!

Parikkala group show 5.5.2012

Hippi is back in show rings!

We had a freezing but nice day in Parikkala. Wearther was cold cold cold and rainy, but does it matter?

After change of judge corgies were judged by Leni Finne. Hilma got excellent and placed second in juniors, no CQ. Nita... well Nita was wilder than ever and had a real circus! But still took BOB, in critique it says that she is a really happy dog!

Drevers were judged by Juha Putkonen both in breed and group. Hippi took BOB & BOG-3 and Track-Action Upsis (Retu x Hippi) took BB-2 with CAC! She is growing up so nicely!

Birthday girls Abby & Nicki

Glamdring's B-litter had their ONE year birthday 25th of March. Happy B-day to sweet boys Bono & Nöpö and our princess Nicki!

Abby had her 9th Birthday on 11th of April. She is doing fine, medication seems to be working :) Happy B-day to our grand old lady!

Turku International

Yet another lovely weekend at Dog Shows! Now in Turku international show. Nicki was shown first time in official classes and she did very well: 3rd in junior bitches with excellent and CQ.


Nita did well too (even without the coat). She took BB-4! Overall a very nice day spent!

Lahti Dog Show

We had a very nice day at Lahti group show! Nöpö (Glamdring's Bilbo Baldevin) made a debut there: winner in junior class with excellent!! Congratulations to her owner Riikka! Nuka did also excellent work: BB-1 and BOS! Pems were judged by Matti Tuominen. It was a lovely day, thank you all :) Nuka was also part of Annline's breeders class, BOB-breeder ~ of course!
